Shamanic drum journey and sound bath

Where: 9 Marten Road, Folkestone, CT20 2JR
When:  Sunday 8th September 4 - 6 pm
Cost: £28

An invitation to join myself and my wife Katrin, an artist and shamanic practitioner, for a shamanic drum journey and sound bath. We gather to honour the spirits of our ancestors to support our journey into the unseen realms and to help gain valuable insights and inspiration to support our spiritual growth and maintain balance in our lives.

Allow this to further percolate away as you surrender into healing sounds and tones of the sound bath, a sonic massage for the soul. Sound baths are deeply relaxing and reinvigorating experiences and help to reconnect to our essence at a very deep level. I weave intuitive healing sounds and tones using my voice and an assortment of other instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, bells, shruti box, rattles, rain-sticks and shamanic drums.

We close the sound bath with a period of complete silence and stillness to allow whatever has been released or revealed the space to heal and ground.

Finishing off eating some light nourishing snacks and teas to help ground the experience.

No requirement to bring any blankets, pillows or eye masks for the sound bath as they are all provided for.

Please arrive early so you have time to get comfortable.

We very much look forward to seeing you.
