Group Sound Baths: £20 (£14 concession)

A sound bath is a deeply therapeutic, gentle and powerful experience, where your mind and body are both fully immersed in the healing sounds and aligned with spirit.

A sound bath is best enjoyed lying down, but you can sit if that’s easier. It’s nice to have something cosy to lie/sit on and a warm blanket to cover yourself with, or to wrap around you. You may like to use an eye mask or a scarf to cover your eyes, but this isn’t necessary.

I start by bringing your attention to the breath, with a short, gentle guided meditation. Then as the sound bath starts, all you need to do is relax and let the different sounds and frequencies flow over, and wash through you.

I weave healing sounds and tones organically and intuitively using a variety of instruments including three Nepalese singing gongs, an Oetken Metatron gong, Burmese spinning gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, a shruti box, shamanic drums and my voice.

As you surrender to the sound bath your brain waves will automatically slow down, shifting you from a state of activity to a state of deep relaxation.

The sounds take you on a journey of self-healing and discovery, inviting you to dive into a deeper state of consciousness, helping you to go inwards and gain clarity on what’s going on for you, both internally and externally.

A sound bath lasts around an hour with a period of complete stillness at the end of about 5 minutes. This allows for the experience to start fully grounding into your body and begin the integration phase.

There is an invitation to stay behind afterwards for tea and light snacks to help ground the session.

I do at least 4 group sound baths every month.
